Harte-Hanks Trillium Software to Speak on 'Business Engagement' at Master Data Management Event

Trillium Software Executive Jon Asprey to Underline the Importance of Engaging the Business, Before Investing in Master Data Management, and How to Achieve It

The event focuses on MDM justification, strategy and implementation, and takes place from the 19th to 21st April at the Radisson SAS Portman Hotel, in London.

Mr Asprey will present the topic "Ensuring Fit for Purpose Master Data through Business Engagement." He will focus on how the leaders of MDM initiatives must ultimately ensure data can be trusted and widely used across the organisation; that it must be 'fit-for-purpose.'

The seminar will highlight the needs and methods for winning business engagements, with recommendations on roles, approaches and communication styles, that drive business participation and 'buy-in.' It will also explain the importance of collaboration between data stewards implementing automated data quality and data governance initiatives. Drawing upon his extensive experience of working with Trillium Software's global customer base, Mr Asprey will provide real examples of how organisations have engaged with business users and also paid early attention to data quality to ensure success.
