Hat Trick Beverage Takes Over the Lone Star State

ENCINITAS, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 7, 2006 -- Hat Trick Beverage, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HKBV) announced today that it is expanding distribution of its "Pumped" Fitness line throughout Texas in conjunction with Natural Brands Beverage Company of Houston, TX. Hat Trick is pleased to be able to take advantage of the extensive distribution network of Natural Brands, a full service distributor through Texas whose many routes will enable Hat Trick's unique, innovative beverages to reach new receptive markets. Hat Trick has already sent the first shipment to Natural Brands in preparation for the product launch later this week.

This latest distribution agreement augments Hat Trick's already strong position in Texas, the result of a Joint Venture Agreement with Waterfall Gourmet Beverages of Austin, TX in late 2005. The resulting extensive coverage of Texas should enable the company to market not only its exciting new "Pumped" Fitness line of beverages in the region, but also to distribute Hat Trick's Dos Lagos line of aguas frescas, a line of beverages in traditional flavors created for the booming Hispanic market.
