Health Sciences Retires Common Shares


INDIAN HARBOR BEACH, FL--(Marketwire - December 2, 2009) - Health Sciences Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HESG) would like to announce that as of today December 2, 2009 it has officially cancelled (retired) 2 billion shares of common stock. This retirement of shares has come from 500,000,000 shares of Thomas Gaffney's personal shares and 1.5 billion shares that the Company set aside for the acquisition of Modus Health Care that never closed.
