High Ridge Resources Has Resumed Exploration Programs on the Properties in the San Mateo Area, Peru

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 15, 2007) - High Ridge Resources Inc. ("High Ridge") (TSX VENTURE:HRR) today announced that the survey crews are now actively engaged in the work programs on High Ridge properties near San Mateo, 100 kilometers east of Lima Peru.

Gary Anderson, High Ridge president and CEO, stated that: "High Ridge is moving rapidly to make up for the 'extremely costly' and 'time consuming' involuntary delay."

At present, the exploration focus is on Chanape and, subsequently, will be on the Germania and Rosicler-El Domo areas. The 43-101 report on the Chanape prospect recommences this week and is expected to be completed in 4-6 weeks. The company also resumes its programs of geophysical survey, environmental assessments, permitting and drilling.

A 3D IP geophysical survey has been designed for the Chanape, Germania, and Rosicler-El Domo properties in order to delineate the drilling targets. This is particularly crucial for the Chanape area, where, apart from the mineralized, polymetallic veins, at least thirty gold mineralized breccia pipes were mapped and documented, with the total surface of more than 62,000 m2 (Ly at al., 1997) and estimated vertical dimensions of minimum 350 m.

High Ridge has rights to four known vein systems within the Germania area; two of them, Germania and Peru, were mined in the past, but still contain known mineralized blocks, whereas the other two, Sin Complemento and Belgica V, were scarcely mined. The 3D IP survey will help to delimit the mineralized offshoots within the veins, as well as their extent at depth.

Other Activities

In the Pacococha area, High Ridge has recently added to its holdings the Proano N Sesentiseis concession (approx. 10 hectares) that became available by auction. High Ridge is also in discussions with other groups to acquire additional land packages in the area.

In addition to the San Mateo concessions, High Ridge has staked 1600 hectares of highly prospective ground located approximately 70 kilometers east of Lima and south of Surco. This ground covers a strong colour and chemical anomaly within rocks of the Rimac Group, which also hosts the Chanape, Pacococha, and Germania prospects.

About High Ridge Resources Inc.:

Milligan project; Newton Mountain (Au-Cu porphyry), 35 km north of Taseko Mine's Prosperity project - formerly Fish Lake (Au-Cu porphyry); and the Silver Bay (Ag, Pb, Zn, and Cu porphyry) project, 10 km south of Cominco's former Bluebell mine.
