Holiday's impaired driving provincial campaign launched Friday

MADD Alberta Chapters team up with Alberta Motor Association and others to deliver important messages through holiday season

Attention: News Editor, Photo Editor CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 1, 2007) - Given it's the busiest time on everyone's social calendar, Alberta motorists need constant reminders November and December to not drive their vehicles after consuming alcohol or taking drugs.

On Friday, Alberta Chapters of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD Canada) and the Alberta Motor Association (AMA) will be joined by Calgary's police, fire and EMS personnel as well as community leaders to launch the important holiday season awareness campaign - the 2007 Project Red Ribbon.

MADD Canada and AMA welcome interested public and the media to join with them for the Province's official launch ceremonies.
