Hollund Industrial, Inc. Announces Letter of Intent for $3.6 Million Purchase and Sale of TigerLynk Machinery

BRANSON, MO--(Marketwire - April 28, 2008) - Hollund Industrial, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HLLD) ("Hollund" or the "Company") today announced the signing of a Letter of Intent from North Cal Wood Products ("North Cal"), a California corporation, for the future purchase and sale of TigerLynk machinery. This represents the first letter of intent signed with a customer.

Under the Letter of Intent, North Cal would purchase three (3) TigerLynk model AR-120 machines over the next three (3) years for a total of $3.6 Million, or $1.2 Million each. The Letter of Intent is subject to negotiation and execution of a definitive agreement.

The Company expects to deliver the first AR-120 to North Cal in 2008. North Cal is one of a number of companies that Hollund is currently negotiating sales contracts with for the Company's new line of heavy machinery being developed for various underwater construction, forestry, mining, and flood emergency response applications.

"We're pleased with the early strong interest of North Cal and other companies we've introduced to TigerLynk. Already North Cal has introduced our product line to a number of interested groups in California. It will be important to develop these other interests and the Letter of Intent, into sales contracts to enable Hollund to commence production on this important project," stated Michael Lacy, Hollund's President and Chief Executive Officer.
