Hospice and Assisted Living Pharmacy OnePoint Patient Care Enters Nevada Market With Acquisition of Priority Care Pharmacy

OnePoint to Bring Superior Level of Service and Proven Reliability to Nevada Assisted Living Communities, Expand Service to Nevada Hospice Patients

TEMPE, AZ and LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - October 25, 2007) - OnePoint Patient Care, an independent, Arizona-based specialty pharmacy serving hospice patients, assisted living communities and skilled nursing facilities, announced today its entrance into the Nevada market with its acquisition of Priority Care Pharmacy, a Las Vegas-based provider of pharmacy services for assisted living facilities. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

With its new presence in Las Vegas, OnePoint will build on Priority Care's established business in the Nevada assisted living industry and expand its service to hospices based in the state. OnePoint has become the leading hospice and assisted living pharmacy in Arizona, where it fills more than 3,200 prescriptions and provides more than 1,000 in-home deliveries daily.

Like OnePoint's Arizona operation, its new Nevada facility will be operated locally, and existing Priority Care personnel will continue to serve clients. OnePoint will implement its successful service model -- which is based on 24-hour accessibility, personal interaction, accurate prescriptions and quick delivery -- in Nevada and expand staff as needed in order to do so.

"Our existing customers enjoy the benefits of our clinical and geriatric expertise, coupled with the reliability afforded by our captive delivery force," said Jeffrey Hohl, President of OnePoint Patient Care. "We are excited about bringing these same benefits to the assisted-living community and hospice industry in Nevada."

"The hospice industry is experiencing unprecedented growth, and assisted living is becoming a more and more popular choice for senior citizens. These groups of patients have very specific and sensitive needs, and we are very proud of the leadership role OnePoint plays in meeting them," said James A. Otterbeck, chief executive officer of OnePoint Patient Care. "We have earned a reputation for superior service in Arizona and are pleased to now provide it to clients in Nevada."
