Hospitality Technology Experts Plan 2010 European Conference

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - November 11, 2009) - Planning has begun for Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals' (HFTP®) 2010 European Hospitality Technology Educational Conference (EHTEC). The EHTEC Advisory Council, a group of global hospitality experts, is designing a program that tackles tough technology issues prominent in Europe. EHTEC 2010 is February 14-16 at the Amsterdam Hilton in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Over the past four years, the popular conference has been instrumental in bringing the latest technology information to its attendees. "There are many technology aspects that are specific to Europe and attendees relish the opportunity to discuss these issues and brainstorm solutions," said Michael Levie, CEO of CitizenM and EHTEC Advisory Council chair. "EHTEC does a great job of balancing the need for technology education on the future of the European hospitality industry and discussing solutions to current industry challenges."

EHTEC offers two full days of focused technology education and various networking opportunities. Previous education topics addressed include environmental responsibility, in-room technology, data security, optimizing hospitality business processes and more.
