Hyatt Regency Calgary Helps Wishes Come True

Hotel Room Proceeds Support Make-A-Wish Foundation

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Dec. 15, 2009) - Hyatt Regency Calgary is celebrating this holiday season by helping wishes come true with Make-A-Wish Foundation's Seasons of Wishes campaign. Hyatt is donating 15 per cent of their Season of Wishes room rates to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Guests who book Hyatt Regency Calgary's Season of Wishes promotion between December 15, 2009 and February 28, 2010 will receive breakfast for two at Thomsons Restaurant and 1,000 gold passport points in addition to helping a good cause. Season of Wishes contributions support the Make-A-Wish Foundation in its worldwide efforts to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions.

Every year since 2004, Hyatt Regency Calgary has granted creative and unique wishes through a partnership with Make-a-Wish Foundation in Southern Alberta. Wishes for local children in need have included trips to Disneyland to see Mickey Mouse, a trip to Disneyworld to be a princess, a Hawaiian trip to see a real-live hula girl and even a trip to the lost city of Atlantis in the Bahamas. This year, guests can do their part by booking a Season of Wishes package to Hyatt Regency Calgary.

"It is Hyatt's history and spirit of community service that will allow the Seasons of Wishes campaign with the Make-A-Wish Foundation to make a difference in the lives of so many children," said Keith Butz, General Manager, Hyatt Regency Calgary. "We look forward to welcoming all of our guests this holiday season, and thank them for being part of this wonderful relationship with the Make-A-Wish Foundation."
