I Love Rewards Again Hailed as Top Employer in Canada

Second consecutive win for Toronto incentive program provider; named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers and one of the GTA’s Top 50 Employers for 2008

Attention: Assignment Editor, Business/Financial Editor, City Editor, Lifestyle Editor, News Editor TORONTO, ONTARIO, MEDIA ADVISORY--(Marketwire - Oct. 10, 2007) - I Love Rewards Inc., a Toronto-based rewards and recognition program provider, announced today that it has been named one of Canada's Top 100 Employers for 2008, and additionally has been honoured by ranking as one of the Top 50 Employers in the GTA.

This is the second time I Love Rewards has accomplished such a feat - the company was also named to both 2007 lists. With only 37 full-time employees, the small firm has made its mark in the field of employee motivation, a key component in the Top 100 Employers adjudication criteria. KMPG, a top client of I Love Rewards, has also been honoured as one of Canada's Top 100 Employers for 2008.

I Love Rewards CEO Razor Suleman expressed his pleasure at being honoured for the second consecutive year, noting, "Our top priority at I Love Rewards is, and has always been, to recruit, retain and inspire great people. It's a wonderful feeling to be recognized for this again."
This has been a very successful year for I Love Rewards; the company was also ranked #12 on PROFIT Magazine's 100 Fastest Growing Companies of 2007. "We're a small, privately-owned company," said Suleman. "For us to have been recognized for both our financial growth and our position as one of the best companies to work for in the country shows that investing in your people leads to success."
I Love Rewards boasts a "Top 100" list of its own - its employees have created a list of their 100 favourite things about working for the company, available on their website at www.iloverewards.com. Included on the list are "First Round Fridays", a weekly after-work gathering in the employee lounge; "Vision Committees", where employees may spend 20 percent of their time at work focusing on interests outside of their regular role; and the I Love Rewards Social Responsibility policy, where employees are given up to five work days per year to volunteer at charitable organizations.
To be considered for the Top 100 Employers list, companies are evaluated in eight key areas, including physical workplace, work atmosphere, benefits, vacation and time off, employee communications, performance management, training and skills development, and involvement in the community. The adjudicators chose this year's finalists from a field of over 1800 applicants, reviewing the companies' recruitment histories and comparing each employer to others in its industry.
