IBS America, Inc. Generates Buzz at a Successful Lotusphere 2010 in Orlando

IBS Kicks Off 2010 by Demonstrating Comprehensive Compliance Management Software in Support of Clinical Trials as Well as Presenting the Updated User Interface for QSi System, Its Notes-Based Product Family

LEXINGTON, MA--(Marketwire - February 2, 2010) - Attendees responded enthusiastically to presentations by IBS America, one of the industry's largest manufacturers of quality and compliance management software, at Lotusphere 2010 in Orlando, Florida. IBS and its partners at the show introduced its entirely web-based solution for comprehensively managing clinical trials.

In addition, IBS presented the new user interface for its popular software product family, QSi System. Now in its 16th year of production, QSi System is a family of products based on IBM Lotus Notes used around the world by hundreds of thousands of users. Customers at the show were especially excited by the improved user experience for those accessing the applications from the web. The updated user interface builds upon new capabilities, called XPages, provided by IBM in their latest release of Lotus Notes.

Polymorph Ltd, IBS's sole partner in the UK for the sales and support of its software products, had its own presence at Lotusphere where they displayed IBS Products next to their own consulting and service capabilities and their Helpdesk solution. Polymorph, whose technical focus centers around IBM and Microsoft technologies, exhibited at Lotusphere to take advantage of the typically large attendance at Lotusphere of customers and prospects from the UK.

At the special Industry Solutions Village section for the Health Care Industry -- part of the Lotusphere Product Showcase -- IBS also teamed up with its OEM partner, Trilog Group, to co-present a joint industry solution that bundles their award-winning Project Management 2.0 solution, ProjExec, with IBS's CompliantPro Compliance Management Software to streamline clinical trial management and FDA compliance. This solution can either run integrated in a Lotus Notes/Domino infrastructure or can be implemented in a JAVA environment using common J2EE application or portal servers such as IBM WebSphere, WebSphere Portal or Apache Tomcat. Trilog Group is an established leader in the IBM Lotus community and is best known for inventing the innovative XSP programming model which IBM Lotus introduced in Domino Designer 8.5 as XPages.
