ICOA's Call Center Delivers 24/7 Support to Users of Evente Procurement System

WARWICK, RI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 6, 2006 -- ICOA, Inc. (OTCBB: ICOA) and Evente, Inc. announced that ICOA has contracted to provide advanced 24/7 help desk support to users of the supply chain management system. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Evente's web-based system gives small and mid-sized businesses a powerful, easy-to-use solution for managing their purchasing. It enables these companies to work closely with key suppliers and other vendors to control costs, cut paperwork, reduce product development time and minimize inventory.
