ICTV Cancels Plans to Distribute the "Cell RX" Product Line

BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON--(Marketwire - Feb. 25, 2010) - International Commercial Television, Inc. (OTCBB:ICTL) ("ICTV" or "The Company") a premier consumer product company employing the strength of revenue generating, prominently profiled infomercial campaigns to market and brand unique "Fountain of Youth" products to the global consumer through multi-channels of distribution, including Direct Response Television ("DRTV"), retail and the internet is announcing the following:

After careful consideration, the Company has decided to cancel its plans to market and distribute the "Cell-RX" skin care product line, which was licensed worldwide from Smart Skincare Inc. in March of 2007. Mr. Kelvin Claney, CEO of ICTV, cited the challenges in marketing a product with multiple SKU's in the direct-to-consumer skin care marketplace. Mr. Claney stated that, "Given the skincare industry trend towards marketing single item products specifically designed to target individual problem areas at lower price points, I feel the company will be better served to market such items in ICTV's core distribution categories of live television home shopping and DRTV."

ICTV is currently evaluating and researching the marketing potential of new skin care technology products that would fulfill this current consumer demand and be more in line with the Company's marketing techniques.
