ICTV Reports Its Financial Results 9 Months Ended September 30th, 2007

Revenue Up 427%-Profit Up 2694%

BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON--(Marketwire - Nov. 16, 2007) - International Commercial Television, Inc. (OTCBB:ICTL) ("ICTV" or "The Company") a premier consumers products company employing the strength of revenue generating, prominently profiled infomercial campaigns to market and brand unique "Fountain of Youth" products to the global consumer through multi-channels of distribution including Direct Response Television ("DRTV"), retail and the internet comments on its financial performance for the nine months ending September 30th 2007.

The Company is pleased to report the following.

Gross Revenue for the nine months ending September 30, 2007 grew to $8,101,390 from $1,538,039 in the same period for 2006. This represents a 427% increase.

Net profit for the nine months ending September 30, 2007 was $1,259,171 versus a net loss of $(48,543) for the same period last year. A 2694% increase.

3rd Quarter 2007 net profit was $583,525 with EPS of $0.05 compared to September 30th 2006 net profit of $190,741 with $ 0.02 EPS. Net Profit increased by 306%.

Other Comparative figures are as follows.

- Revenue for the 3rd Quarter 2007 of $3,266,592 increased $114,840 from 2007 2nd Quarter of $3,151,752.

- Net Profit for 3rd Quarter 2007 of $583,525 increased $114,869 from 2007 2nd Quarter of $468,656 an increase of 20%.

- 3rd Quarter 2007 Gross Revenue $3,266,592 versus. 3rd Quarter 2006 Gross Revenue $1,035,466 increased by $2,231,126. This represents an increase of 215%.

The rapid revenue growth the Company has currently achieved is based on the Derma Wand, the Company's first "Fountain of Youth" product and its velocity of sales increasing in its primary distribution channel of direct response television ("DRTV"). Management is confidently progressing with various business initiatives which include expansion of our multi-channel distribution strategy for the Derma Wand and market introduction of ICTV's remarkably effective skincare product line, Cell-RX.
