IOMA Announces New Co-Editors in Chief at Helm of Leading Construction Newsletter

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - January 8, 2008) - IOMA today announced that Robert J. Miletsky and Cassandra Dillenberger have been named co-editors of Contractor's Business Management Report, IOMA's industry-leading monthly newsletter for the construction industry.

"CBMR has always provided top-notch information for the construction industry," said IOMA's Vice President & Publisher Meg Hargreaves. "Installing this new expert editorial team provides us with the unique opportunity to build on that tradition by adding new features and best practices coverage that will greatly benefit our readers. We are thrilled to have both Bob and Casey on board."

Cassandra Dillenberger has been involved in the construction industry for over 15 years. "Casey brings to CBMR her substantive and valuable experience running her family-owned construction and development businesses in New York City. Her frontline experience will translate into valuable, ongoing commentary and best practices coverage in each monthly issue of CBMR," Hargreaves said.

Robert J. Miletsky is a veteran construction lawyer based in New York. Miletsky is no stranger to CBMR, having been the legal columnist for over 10 years. "Bob's straightforward approach to providing legal advice to CBMR readers has traditionally been one of the most popular features in our publication. His new leadership position will expand his opportunity to bring CBMR readers thoughtful and practical advice to run their businesses," reported Hargreaves.

The new co-editors published their inaugural issue this week. Exclusive features in the January issue of CBMR include coverage of the AIA Contracts Docs/ConsensusDOCS controversy, in-depth analysis of how contractors can lower workers' comp premiums, guidelines for construction firms who may be considering making political contributions, green building standards, and much more.

Said Dillenberger and Miletsky, "We see the market split as follows: we have our existing readers, whom we intend to keep by providing useful, timely, relevant, thoughtful and sometimes controversial news and insights. And there are those who have not as yet subscribed. We say to you: 'We're looking for you: we will be working hard to give you a reason to subscribe and read us each month. Give us a shot. We know that you too will want to join our existing family of readers who find CBMR useful, interesting and enjoyable.'"
