IP Infusion and Wipro Technologies Announce Strategic Partnership

SAN JOSE, CA and BANGALORE, INDIA--(Marketwire - November 6, 2007) - Wipro Technologies, the global IT services division of Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT), and IP Infusion, a leader in intelligent software platforms for converged IP communications equipment, today announced a strategic partnership to offer Layer 2 and Layer 3 solutions to telecom equipment and semiconductor vendors. Under the partnership, the two companies will leverage their complementary expertise to offer customized solutions based on IP Infusion's industry leading ZebOS® protocol suites.

The partnership combines Wipro's unique engineering service capabilities with IP Infusion's comprehensive software development platforms to deliver scalable and customized solutions, enabling customers to roll out IP, MPLS and Carrier Ethernet services with a significant time-to-market advantage.
