IPS Opens Registration to 2008 North American Client Conference

PLANO, TX--(Marketwire - August 6, 2008) - Invensys Process Systems (IPS), a global technology, software and consulting firm, announced today that registration for the 2008 IPS North American Client Conference is under way. Hosted by IPS from September 7 through September 11 at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas, Texas, the event will include demonstrations, product solution updates, industry speakers and opportunities to network with industry peers.

The annual gathering attracts more than 800 users of IPS' industry-leading brands such as Foxboro, Triconex, SimSci-Esscor and Avantis. This year's conference will feature more than 150 presentations from more than 40 different companies. Additionally, senior IPS executives and key strategic partners will present information on industry initiatives, successful applications, product enhancements, improvements in operational competitiveness and development roadmaps for IPS offerings. There will also be valuable user-experience presentations from clients, as well as forums for open discussion about best practices and lessons learned.
