Paul McClellan joins ISCS following a successful tenure as a key part of VMware's phenomenal growth. Under his direction, VMware's technical support department grew from 12 to more than 120 people, and he created and implemented successful processes that drove customer satisfaction metrics to 110 percent of the company's goal. In addition to VMware, McClellan has senior-level experience at several Silicon Valley companies, including Nuance and Oracle.
