ISee3D Announces Debt Settlement

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - March 10, 2010) - ISee3D Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ICT) today announced that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, it intends to settle $8,999.93 in outstanding indebtedness to an officer of the Company through the issuance of 16,981 common shares at a price of $0.53 per share. The shares issued under the debt settlement will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance. 

ISee3D also announces that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, it has agreed to grant options to purchase an aggregate of up to 120,000 common shares at a price of $0.53 per share, exercisable for a period of five years, to certain consultants of the Company. The options and any common shares issuable upon exercise of the options will be subject to hold period of four months and one day from the date of grant.
