ITC Launches 7" Panel Portable DVD Players At Wal-Mart Canada

RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 25, 2007) - International Technologies Corporation ("ITC") (TSX VENTURE:ITI) ("the Company"), announced today it will supply Wal-Mart Canada with a new line of 7" panel MPIO portable DVD players. ITC partnered with the national retailer in the fourth quarter of 2006 when it began selling its MP3 players in Wal-Mart locations across the country.

ITC's feature-rich portable DVD player comes at a time when there is a substantial shortage and large demand for 7" panel display screens. The MPIO-DVD unit is a complete travel solution with multiple entertainment options including the ability to playback most audio and video formats. It comes equipped with a carry bag, car and home adapter, remote control and video/audio output for connection to a large display unit. The device has compact flash, SD memory cards and memory stick compatibility for use with any type of camera. Users are able to enjoy viewing their favorite photos on a television screen by plugging their removable memory card into the DVD device.

"The combination of our MPIO label, popular MP3 players and innovative technologies such as the portable DVD line provides greater selection and increases recognition for our brand with Wal-Mart shoppers. We will continue to deliver exciting, unique digital products to Wal-Mart and look forward to further developing our relationship with them," stated Michael Uhm, ITC's President and CEO.

Founded in 1994 and based in Mississauga, Ontario, Wal-Mart Canada Corp. serves more than one million Canadians each day at its 270 discount stores, 17 Supercentres and six Sam's Club membership operations. With more than 70,000 associates, the company is one of Canada's largest employers and has repeatedly been listed among the 50 Best Companies to Work for in Canada, as published in Report on Business Magazine.
