Ibiscus Restaurant Launches New Website and Announces Summer Schedule

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - March 22, 2010) - Ïbiscus Restaurant, located in Old Montreal, launched its new website today at This palace of exotic flavors of the Caribbean offers exquisite cuisine and drinks, along with a calendar of artistic activities.

This summer, the restaurant will continue "Atmosphère Musicale," which takes place every Friday. In addition, Ïbiscus Restaurant will provide entertainment on the first Thursday of every month "Les Jeudis Joyeux", which will be hosted by a DJ to create a lounge atmosphere and electro vibe.

Please note that this summer, Ïbiscus will also be open for lunch and supper during the weekends.

The team:

Owner Christine Deetjen, of Haitian descent, provides a place where all can enjoy refined cuisine and art while being treated like royalty.

Chef Gerard Dorcy, originally from Haiti, has over 25 years of culinary experience.

Talented graphic designer Yannick Denis designed the elegant logo of Ïbiscus Restaurant. The rustic and modern elegance of the interior was put together by up-and-coming interior designer Aboudi Hassoune.
