Idearc Media and Call Genie Sign Audio Ad Distribution Agreement

Agreement allows Call Genie to distribute ads for Idearc's pay-for-performance advertisers throughout the United States

DALLAS, TEXAS and TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 21, 2008) - Call Genie Inc. (TSX:GNE), a leading provider of local mobile search solutions, and Idearc Media Corp., home to Superpages.com® and publisher of the Verizon® Yellow Pages, today announced the signing of a pay-for-performance audio ad distribution agreement.

Under the terms of the two-year, renewable agreement, Call Genie will be a distributor of audio ads for Idearc's pay-for-performance advertisers, including participation in the Idearc performance-based bid program, whereby advertisers pay for customer leads.
