Ignify Ranked as Fastest Growing Technology Firm by Deloitte; Company Operations Expand to the Chicago Region

Software Provider Attributes Continued Growth to Increased Global Demand for Ignify eCommerce, Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM Solutions and Recent Customer Wins

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - November 25, 2008) - Ignify, Inc., a Microsoft Gold Partner specializing in e-commerce, accounting, ERP and CRM solutions for the mid-market and enterprise business segments, announced today that it has been recognized by Deloitte L.L.P. as one of the nation's fastest growing technology firms, earning a spot on the prestigious Technology Fast 500 list. To determine the fastest growing companies, Deloitte calculated the revenue growth percentage over five years (2003-2007), with Ignify's total growth at 1983.23 percent or an average of 123 percent per quarter. In addition, the company has announced expansion into the Chicago region, recruitment of more team members at its Nashville office and has added new customers to its roster including Clipper Corporation and started new enterprise projects at existing customers such as Rand McNally.

The Fast 500 ranks the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in North America. It is compiled from Deloitte's regional North American Fast 50 programs, nominations submitted directly to the Fast 500, and public company database research. Companies are selected based on percentage revenue growth from 2003 to 2007.

Entrants must own proprietary intellectual property or proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues, or devote a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology. Using other companies' technology or intellectual property in a unique way does not qualify. Base-year operating revenues must be at least $50,000 USD or $75,000 CD, and current-year operating revenues must be at least $5 million USD or CD. Companies must be in business a minimum of five years, and they must be headquartered within North America.

"Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 recognizes companies who have achieved extraordinary growth in North America's most innovative and competitive market sectors," said Phil Asmundson, Deloitte LLP vice chairman and national managing partner for Technology, Media and Telecommunications. "Ignify has earned its position among the fastest growing companies in North America, and we are proud to honor this important accomplishment."

Ignify attributes the company's accelerated growth to several key elements including: the ability to execute enterprise ERP; SharePoint and CRM implementations at a very cost-effective price point by leveraging its combination of onsite and offshore resources as well as its deep application knowledge; and the success of its flagship e-commerce platform, Ignify eCommerce -- a powerful all inclusive solution for both Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer e-commerce. With e-commerce becoming a staple in most business operations worldwide, the need to converge with back office systems, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and shipping, have become crucial for success. As a Microsoft Gold and Sage Certified Partner, the Ignify eCommerce platform seamlessly integrates with all Microsoft Dynamics ERP and Sage ERP product lines, offering customers a single converged solution for online storefronts, giving Ignify a solid advantage over competitors.

"We are pleased that our team's success and accomplishments over the last five years have been recognized by such a prestigious organization as Deloitte," stated Sandeep Walia, president and CEO of Ignify. "The opening of a new office in Chicago and recent customer wins are a further testament to the growing demand of our ERP, SharePoint and CRM implementation services and the demand for the Ignify eCommerce solution."

With over 200 employees company-wide, Ignify's new Chicago-based office will house all key business groups including eCommerce, ERP Implementation for Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft CRM implementations. While headquarters remain in Los Angeles, the Chicago office adds to the company's long list of locations including Silicon Valley, Nashville, Seattle, and Pune and Bangalore in India.
