ImageXpres(IMJX) Attains OTC Markets "Current Information" Status

First Quarter 2010 Orders, Sales Revenue Exceed Forecast

ROCHESTER, NY--(Marketwire - April 28, 2010) - ImageXpres Corporation (PINKSHEETS: IMJX), a US-based digital imaging and printing company, today announced it has met all the requirements of the Pink OTC Markets Alternative Reporting Standard, and as a result, ImageXpres Corporation is now listed on the Current Information OTC Market Tier. The Company also released its 2010 First Quarter financial results, with sales revenues and net profit ahead of 2010 forecasts. This data can be found on the Company's corporate website at www.imagexpres.com/investors.php.

The Company also reported first quarter 2010 financial results, reporting increased sales revenue and an operating net profit, as opposed to operating losses in 2009. First quarter gross sales were $361,815, with net income of $46,667.

Equally important, the Company has significant orders in the pipeline for its interactive digital systems and proprietary software solutions. Specifically, its SmartKiosk™ systems, and digital advertising platform, now being sold to retail businesses, are being very well received.
