Imaginatik Innovates Its Way Onto the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA 2009

Collective Intelligence Company Attributes 445 Percent Revenue Growth to Helping Clients Solve Their Biggest and Most Important Problems

BOSTON, MA--(Marketwire - December 15, 2009) - Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK), a provider of Collective Intelligence software and services, today announced that it was named to the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA 2009, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in EMEA. Rankings are based on percentage revenue growth over five years; Imaginatik grew an impressive 445 percent during this period.

"Attracting enough customers to attain such fast growth over five years makes a strong statement about the quality of a company's product and its leadership," said David Halstead, partner in charge of Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 EMEA program. "Imaginatik has shown the right stuff for growth."

Mark Turrell, CEO of Imaginatik, credits his firm's practical expertise, deep customer relationships and proprietary innovation management technology with the company's continued revenue growth. Turrell commented, "Innovation is the lifeblood of companies, whether it is creating new products or finding ways to cut costs. Our expertise and software are helping companies tap into the brainpower of their employees, customers and partners to solve problems, harnessing what is known as 'Collective Intelligence' or crowdsourcing. 2009 was a great year -- we secured new customer agreements, we raised capital, and now being named to Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 EMEA encourages us to further pursue our growth strategies and capitalize on our market position in the fast growing field of innovation and idea management."

Prior to this placement on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA 2009, Imaginatik earned a spot in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in the UK. In addition, over the past two years Imaginatik has received a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer Award, a FiReStarter Company Award, and has been a finalist for the IBM Lotus Awards and KMWorld's KM Promise Awards.

Imaginatik ranked Number 412 on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA 2009.

These firms are members of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein ("DTT"). Each member firm provides services in a particular geographic area and is subject to the laws and professional regulations of the particular country or countries in which it operates. DTT helps coordinate the activities of the member firms but does not itself provide services to clients. DTT and the member firms are separate and distinct legal entities, which cannot obligate the other entities. DTT and each DTT member firm are only liable for their own acts or omissions, and not those of each other. Each DTT Member Firm is structured differently in accordance with national laws, regulations, customary practice and other factors, and may secure the provision of professional services in their territories through subsidiaries, affiliates and/or other entities.

Deloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity. Please see for a detailed description of the legal structure of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and its Member Firms.
