Before joining Imperial, Mr. Black worked in leveraged finance and high yield capital markets for nearly a decade, having worked for Jefferies & Company, Inc. and Bear, Stearns & Co. Imperial Capital has significantly expanded its client service offering with the strategic growth of the firm to over 170 employees.
