Imperial Capital Group, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering of Common Shares

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - October 22, 2009) - Imperial Capital Group, Inc. today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the proposed initial public offering of its class A common shares.

BofA Merrill Lynch, JMP Securities and Imperial Capital, LLC are serving as joint bookrunners for the offering.
