Nine Steps to Happiness and Inner Freedom

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 19, 2009) - Swami Ishwarananda, a Sanskrit scholar and Vedanta teacher, explains the nine steps to happiness and inner freedom. In this free public lecture, he eloquently integrates ancient spiritual wisdom with practical application in our modern lives. Happiness, its nature and pursuit is a subject that is gaining much interest and awareness in recent years. Academics are studying it, analysing it, measuring it and have began to recognize its value in living fully integrated lives.
