Inalfa Sunroofs, LLC Expands Sales Initiatives

WIXOM, MI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 11, 2006 -- Inalfa Sunroofs, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Roadwire as Inalfa Sunroofs manufacturer's representative to market and sell Inalfa Sunroofs products within the North American Restyling industry, effective November 1, 2006. Dennis Samfilippo, Inalfa Sunroofs CEO, stated, "The appointment of Roadwire is consistent with our worldwide sales expansion strategy. We are currently expanding our global market penetration by replacing our direct sales force with sales rep agencies. Utilizing Roadwire for our North American sales representation takes us from three sales people to nine sales people, effectively tripling our sales contact capability while improving customer service and communication." Roadwire will handle all field sales contact and marketing for the restyling sales channel within the United States and Canada.

While Roadwire will maintain the customer sales contact, Inalfa Sunroofs will continue to provide all sunroof technical service and training support. It will also maintain the customers' commercial relationship through processing the customer orders, shipping, invoicing, collections and warranty. Tom Corton and Kevin Conover, current Inalfa Sunroof regional salesmen, will be hired by Roadwire and will help in the sales transition while largely maintaining their existing sales territories. Inalfa Sunroofs national accounts will continue to be serviced in-house by Bob Maurer.
