Indigo Books & Music Inc. Names NuComm Customer Support Supplier

NuComm International to manage all customer service requests from Indigo website, in-store kiosks and retail stores. CATHARINE'S, ONTARIO, FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE--(CCNMatthews - May 24, 2006) - Indigo Books & Music Inc., Canada's largest book retailer, has named NuComm International its inbound customer service and support supplier. NuComm will manage all of Indigo's customer email, phone requests and inquiries received from Indigo Books, Music and more, Chapters and Coles stores across Canada, in-store customer kiosks and the company's retail website at www.chapters.indigo.ca.

NuComm will be handling everything from in-store clerk requests to book order inquiries, irewards™ loyalty program questions, tracking of book orders, website support issues and more.
