IneoQuest Experiences 41 Percent Sales Growth in Fiscal Year 2010

Product Innovation for Core Markets and Launch of Research and Development Lab Answers Current Customer Needs and Stimulates Expansion Into New Industries for Digital Video Monitoring

MANSFIELD, MA--(Marketwire - February 17, 2010) -  IneoQuest Technologies, Inc., the global provider of advanced quality and service assurance solutions for digital video, today announced that with a 41 percent sales growth rate in fiscal year 2010, the Company continued to establish technological leadership with a strong business strategy and innovative video quality service assurance solutions for cable, satellite, broadcast and telecommunications providers. Leveraging significant industry recognition and employee growth of almost 30 percent, IneoQuest used calendar year 2009 as a stepping stone to bolster and expand its flagship solutions while also moving into new markets, including streaming video, with new product offerings.

With more providers offering three screens service to subscribers, IneoQuest continued to focus on product development and innovation in 2009 in order to advance its current offerings with support for multiple networks, including mobile, television and Internet video. This initiative will continue to be a focal point in 2010, with an increased need for digital video service assurance, quality management and control for multiple networks. 

In addition, with new customers in the U.S., Canada and Europe, IneoQuest introduced several other product innovations in 2009 to support customers offering advanced services to subscribers, highlighted by the industry's first vendor-agnostic video-on-demand (VOD) monitoring and service assurance tool for quality management and several advances in its Microsoft® Mediaroom™ line of products. IneoQuest also developed the industry's first solution for remote video quality monitoring and troubleshooting with the iVMS Mobile™ iPhone™ application, providing both real-time and long-term trending information to executives, operations teams and OSS operators. In addition, to target increasing demand for mobile video, IneoQuest introduced the Cricket™ HLS probes and the IQSegVue iPhone application to help content providers and mobile network operators ensure quality performance and offer support for Apple's unique HTTP Live Streaming protocol.

On top of its new solutions, IneoQuest also expanded its internal efforts to support both current and future product offerings. With the launch of IQ Labs - a separate and dedicated research and development team - IneoQuest was able to advance product growth from all aspects of a fast moving industry. The goal of IQ Labs is to maintain its core development efforts and dedication to its current customer base with innovative products that answer existing and future needs, while at the same time, expand IneoQuest into new markets that incorporate video with cutting-edge technology, including video conferencing, mobile and iPhone streaming.
