IneoQuest Introduces IQRTview as Company's First Real-Time Video Delivery Monitoring Starter Solution

Company Expands Its Leading Video Monitoring Capabilities to Answer Customer Demand for Proactive, Cost-Effective Software for Smaller Video Service Providers

MANSFIELD, MA--(Marketwire - June 22, 2010) -  IneoQuest Technologies, Inc., the global provider of advanced video quality and service assurance solutions, today announced the availability of IQRTview, a new video delivery monitoring software that provides real-time visibility into the health of video delivery subsystems across multiple probe points. IQRTview offers tier-two and tier-three video service providers with the first cost-effective monitoring solution for per program tracking on a smaller scale that meets the needs of constrained budgets.

For customers that may not need sophisticated management systems for video delivery monitoring, IneoQuest created IQRTview to serve as a starting package for video service providers with IneoQuest's industry-leading monitoring technology. IQRTview offers a cost-effective method of monitoring and aggregating status and alerts for numerous programs simultaneously across multiple locations.

IQRTview software in combination with IneoQuest's advanced family of transport plane probes allows users to monitor the health of video networks on a per program basis. With its ability to correlate aggregated quality of service (QoS) alerts, configure specific alarm descriptions that meet company needs and provide insight into channels across multiple probes, IQRTview helps companies take their video delivery monitoring to a deeper level.

In addition, through a single, customizable interface, IQRTview helps indicate the source of a problem, allowing the accurate dispatch of resources to the point of the issue. Smaller vendors often had to troubleshoot their networks themselves due to a lack of alternate resources. However, this level of visibility, coupled with IQRTview's ability to fully automate the detection and isolation of video impacting events, provides operators with an easier, proactive and efficient troubleshooting solution.

"Smaller vendors who may be limited with tighter budgets overall still have the same video monitoring needs as larger operations. IneoQuest has always made it a priority to be sensitive to the unique requests of every customer we support and we want our technology to be available to customers of all sizes," said Calvin Harrison, chief operating officer, IneoQuest. "The development of IQRTview answers the need for high-quality, cost-effective monitoring solutions on a smaller scale, allowing those customers the same opportunity for easy, successful real-time monitoring. As we continue to grow and support our existing customer base, this type of research and expansion will remain a Company focus."

IQRTview software serves as the first step toward a full video management system with more advanced monitoring capabilities. For smaller companies that may grow their networks in the future, IneoQuest customers can now easily upgrade to the IneoQuest iVMS solution from their IQRTview software for increased management features in their video delivery networks.
