IneoQuest Technologies Ranked at Number 48 on Deloitte's 2007 Technology Fast 500

Leader in IP Video Quality Assurance Solutions Recognized for Innovative Products and Three-Year Sales Growth of 672%

MANSFIELD, MA--(Marketwire - November 19, 2007) - IneoQuest Technologies, Inc., the leader in Multi-Dimensional Video Quality Management Systems™ and global provider of advanced quality and service assurance solutions for IP Video, today announced that it has been ranked 48th on the Deloitte's 2007 Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in North America. Rankings are based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth over five years, from 2002-2006. IneoQuest, a privately held company, grew more than 670 percent during this period.

"Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 recognizes technology companies who have achieved extraordinary growth in North America's most innovative and competitive sectors," said Phil Asmundson, vice chairman, U.S. Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Deloitte & Touche USA LLP. "We congratulate IneoQuest on this significant accomplishment."

IneoQuest's mission of reducing operational expenses (OPEX) for video providers while assuring IP Video quality has put the company's services in higher demand with cable operators, telecom service providers and video equipment manufacturers. Over the last 12 months, IneoQuest has garnered numerous headlines and awards with the release of its IP Video Management System (iVMS) (http://www.ineoquest.com/content818.html), and its industry-unique, end-to-end video quality assurance platform, IQPinPoint™. The global provider of IP video test and measurement tools now has over 400 unique video provider customers in both the telco and cable markets. IneoQuest researches, designs and builds its hardware and software in its own manufacturing facility in Mansfield, Mass.

"IneoQuest is thrilled to be part of Deloitte's impressive roster of fastest growing technology companies," said Marc A. Todd, president and CEO of IneoQuest. "The last three years have proven to be a major growth period for our company, as IP video providers begin to understand the necessity of a purpose-built quality and service assurance solution that enables them to keep expenses low and retain subscribers. We are encouraged by this growth and are continuing to offer our customers' first-to-market, cutting-edge products and services including IQDVx, the industry's first hybrid MPEG/IPTV analysis tool."

IneoQuest was entered into the Fast 500 competition after being ranked number six on the Technology Fast 50 for the New England Region last month. The Fast 500 is compiled from Deloitte's 16 regional North American Fast 50 programs, nominations submitted directly to the Fast 500, and public company database research. Companies are selected based on percentage revenue growth from 2002 to 2006. Entrants must own proprietary intellectual property or proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues or devote a significant proportion of revenues to research and development of technology. Using other companies' technology or intellectual property in a unique way does not qualify. Base-year operating revenues must be at least $50,000 USD or $75,000 CD, and current-year operating revenues must be at least $5 million USD or CD. Companies must be in business a minimum of five years, and they must be headquartered within North America.
