Advanced Service Delivers Unified Monitoring, Reporting and Management
Capabilities to Client-Owned IT Infrastructure

Infonet Services Corporation (NYSE:IN), a leading provider of global
communications services for multinationals, today announced the
worldwide availability of FirstWatch remote monitoring, reporting and
management capabilities.

With FirstWatch, Infonet is able to extend its value-added management
services beyond the customer premise routers provided under its Global
Connect service and into client-owned IT infrastructure elements such as
LAN switches, servers, security devices and IP telephony systems.

switches (LAN, WAN, optical), Wi-Fi infrastructure and hubs

-- FW 6000 - Security - for firewalls, intrusion detection systems,
appliances and other security-specific devices

-- FW 7000 - Server - for server management, including server resource
and application management

-- FW 8000 - IP Telephony - for IP telephony devices and IP telephony
services such as dial plan management and application management

The flexible and modular design of FirstWatch recognizes the varying
