Ingen Technologies Delivers the First 10,000 Oxyview's to Invacare Supply Group

YUCAIPA, CA--(Marketwire - September 27, 2007) - Ingen Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IGTG), a medical device manufacturer, announced today that it has delivered the first 10,000 Oxyview™ units to Invacare Supply Group as a part of their agreement to deliver an initial 35,000 units at special pricing as defined in the 3-year exclusive contract.

The Company has received its initial purchase order and has delivered 10,000 Oxyview's to Invacare Supply Group distribution centers located in Massachusetts, California, Georgia, Texas, Indiana, and New Jersey. Invacare Supply Group has more than 35 core sales professionals that represent 25,000 distributors of home health care products in 80 countries. Ingen maintains 70,000 Oxyview units in inventory at all times in its manufacturing production plant located in Ontario, California. "We have doubled our ISO qualified production process to meet the demands of the Invacare Supply Group. With a potential of millions of units sold annually, Ingen can produce 300,000 units per month, which represents over $7M worth of product monthly," stated Chris Wirth, COO.

The Company's legal counsel and various market makers have prepared the c211 documents to request the NASD for approval to up-list to the Over-the Counter Bulletin Board.
