LAS VEGAS, NV and MURTEN, SWITZERLAND--(Marketwire - December 7, 2009) - Mr. Simon K. Lauchli joins Innosuisse Corp. (PINKSHEETS: INSE) as Chief Executive Officer. He is a professional interim manager with a focus on managing operational transformation processes. He has held senior positions and managed various projects for post merger integration, start-ups and international product launches. His basic education is in electronics engineering and management. He holds an MBA, a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and he is a Chartered Marketer MCIM by the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK.


The UAVision solution combines state-of-the-art collaborative virtual globe technologies with advanced geospatial imaging techniques and new wireless data link technologies supporting the combined and highly reliable transmission of digital video, high-resolution still imagery and mission control data over extended operational ranges. UAVision enables the planning, simulation, monitoring and rapid mapping of UAV missions in applications in areas such as monitoring of forest fires, border patrol or pipeline control.

The project was co-financed by the Swiss government and developed in co-operation with the FHNW (University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland) and EPFL (Ecole Polytechnique Fédéral de Lausanne). After an R&D phase of 4 years, the product is completed on time and is about to be launched commercially.

Unmanned Aircraft

SwissCopter, a subsidiary of Innosuisse Corp., and KADDB (King Abdullah II Design and Development Bureau) have agreed to co-operate in the area of unmanned aircraft systems.

KADDB ( is the Jordanian research and development facility created to provide a one-stop solution for the supply of defense and commercial equipment optimized to the requirements of the Middle East.

In March 2010 a two weeks sales event including live demonstrations for an international audience is taking place in Amman (JO).

From May 10th until the 13th SwissCopter and KADDB will jointly present our products and solutions at SOFEX, the Special Operations Forces Exhibition and Conference in Amman (JO).

Fire Detection & Disaster Control Solutions

Innosuisse/SwissCopter has developed a turnkey solution combining unmanned aircraft and mission control systems for fire detection and disaster control. We are currently in negotiations with Mediterranean countries to demonstrate the valuable contribution to fighting against forest fires.


Dinalet stands for Direct Nasal Let in. It is a newly developed system for the treatment of the sleep Apnea Syndrome. The R&D phase of this product is now completed. The zero-series are being produced in December 2009.
