TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 16, 2007) - Inspiration Mining Corporation (the "Corporation") (TSX:ISM)(FRANKFURT:OI8) is pleased to announce the results of the continuation of their diamond drilling program on its Langmuir Project, located in Langmuir Township south of Timmins, Ontario. The Langmuir Property consists of 69 unpatented contiguous mining claim units covering approximately 1090 hectares in the north-central portion of Langmuir Township, Porcupine Mining Division, and District of Cochrane, Ontario. The property is approximately 25 km southeast of Timmins, Ontario, and hosts the past producing Langmuir No.1 Mine, and majority of the past producing Langmuir No. 2 Mine.

Inspiration is continuing the drilling at the Langmuir Project - Langmuir No.1 Mine. The detail fill-in drill program is designed to complete the definition of the nickel bearing mineralization below the 300-foot mine level to a vertical depth of approximately 900 feet below surface.

The L107-62 to L107-70 series of drill holes (L107-62 and L107-63 were previously released) were designed to locate nickel mineralization ranging from 1400 feet to 1500 feet vertically below surface, down dip and down plunge from the previously drilled nickel mineralized zones beneath the underground working of the former producing Langmuir No. 1 Mine.

The drilling located between 2 to 4 zones per drill holes with the exceptions of the last 2 set ups for holes L107-68 and L107-69 and 70. It appears that these drill holes containing anomalous nickel values were above the plunge of the main nickel zones.

Drill holes L107-64 was located approximately 108 feet north of previously released hole L107-62 and approximately 312 feet east of previously released drill hole L107-53. The intersection in L107-64 from 327.50m to 331.12m that contains the higher grade nickel mineralization in the massive sulphides is located approximately 280 feet down dip from previously released drill hole L106-12. The large low grade intersection from 492.00m to 495.00m is approximately 1469 feet below surface and may represent the halo of a new zone that projects west of the underground mine workings and previously known mineralization.

Drill hole L107-65 was located approximately 93.6 feet north of L107-64 and approximately 811 feet east of previously released drill holes L107-24 and L107-25. Drill hole L107-65 deviated from section 3600 North to section 3550 North. The intersection from 370.00m to 381.00m is approximately 469 feet down dip from previously released drill hole L107-25 and 1110 feet vertically below surface. The large low grade intersection from 449.10m to 472.00m is approximately 1375 feet below surface and may represent the halo of a new zone that projects west of the underground mine workings and previously known mineralization.

Drill hole L107-66 was located approximately 100 feet north of L107-65 and approximately 812 feet east of previously released drill hole L107-40. The intersection from 306.20m to 309.20m is approximately 380 feet down dip from drill hole L107-40. The large low grade intersection from 483.00m to 497.00m is approximately 1454 feet below surface and may represent the halo of a new zone that projects west of the underground mine workings and previously known mineralization.

Drill hole L107-67 was located approximately 100 feet north of L107-66 and approximately 370 feet east of previously released drill holes L107-58 and L107-59, which contained background anomalous values. The intersection from 297.00m to 317.55m that contains a narrow high grade nickel mineralization is approximately 275 feet down dip from L107-59.

Inspiration has moved one of their drills to the North Zone for additional fill-in diamond drilling.

The nickel bearing sulphide mineralization, with estimations ranging from 1% to 20% fine-grained disseminatations up to massive 100% sulphides, is contained within serpentenized komatiitic ultramaftic extrusive flows with occasional spinifex texture.

The assaying technique used is the industry standard for base metal assaying, which uses nitric and hydrochloric acids that extracts nickel only from sulphide mineralization and not from nickel silicate minerals.

The assaying of split core samples was conducted by Swastika Laboratories, and included the insertion of blanks and standards. The Qualified Person in charge of the Langmuir Project and the person who prepared the technical data in this release is Kian Jensen, B.Sc., P.Geo. (Ont).
