InsynQ Supports On-Demand Operations for Gotaplay Interactive

TACOMA, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 29, 2005 -- InsynQ, Inc. (OTC BB: INSN), a premier provider of Internet-delivered application hosting solutions and services, announced today it has entered into a five-year agreement with Gotaplay Interactive, Inc., at a base rate of $272,820, to begin services to supply complete business technology and IT management services including application and platform hosting, website hosting, virtual desktop services, CRM application services, and complete voice services including VoIP and unified messaging.

The agreement calls for InsynQ to deliver services to Gotaplay to support the company's national operations infrastructure, including administrative offices, customer support, and distribution centers strategically located throughout the United States. By combining voice and data technology delivery into a single-managed service, InsynQ offers Gotaplay the broad functionality they require at a fraction of the typical cost of local networks and decentralized voice services.

InsynQ's range of always-on technology services and applications lend themselves to improving business operations for many companies, especially those with personnel or facilities in multiple locations. By enabling such organizations to seamlessly function as a single business entity, duplication of processes and information is reduced and business efficiency can be significantly increased.
