InteleCom, Inc. Appoints Business Entrepreneur and Information Technologist to the Board of Directors

INDIANAPOLIS, IN--(Marketwire - November 6, 2007) - InteleCom, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IECM) is pleased to announce that the Company has appointed Dr. Xingyu (Jonathan) Chen to its Board of Directors. Dr. Chen is a brilliant mathematician and business designer, and is the architect of InteleCom's compensation plan, its robust back office, and the real time commission tracking system for all phone orders, distributor package orders and online phone activations. Dr. Chen has been instrumental in introducing InteleCom to Chinese business leaders around the world.

Dr. Chen graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1982, and Master of Science and later Ph.D. in applied mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1983 and 1989, respectively. Dr. Chen served as the 1990-1991 President of the Federation of Chinese Students and Scholars in the United States. Dr. Chen has spent the last 17 years providing IT and Business Consulting for a myriad of companies in various industries. In 1991, he founded Software Edge Consulting, an ASP (Applied Software Provider), which offered cutting-edge custom business applications to companies in the Real Estate and Telecom Industries. In 1994, Dr. Chen formed System Universal, an IT consulting firm pioneering Internet/Intranet business applications for companies in Real Estate, Auto Salvage, Semiconductor, Air Lines and Direct Sales.

InteleCom previously announced that The Sakal Group will invest 5 million dollars with InteleCom, Inc., for a global joint venture to market the company's Internet phones and service in South East Asia, Central America and the Middle East. Sakal recently started sales of InteleCom's Travel InteleFone at its electronic stores and is committed to sell its current inventory of 21,000 phones prior to starting the joint venture. The details of Sakal's current sales efforts and plans were reported in Yediot Aharonot, Israel's largest newspaper.
