InteleCom in Final Phase of Quality Assurance Testing With QVC

INDIANAPOLIS, IN--(Marketwire - October 9, 2007) - InteleCom, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IECM) is pleased to announce that their Internet Travel Phone is in the final phase of quality assurance testing with QVC, one of the largest multimedia retailers in the world and the second largest television network in the U.S. With annual revenue of more than $7 Billion, QVC programming is distributed to more than 166 million homes worldwide.

Final quality assurance testing is held in house at QVC's Quality Assurance Lab where merchandise is subjected to rigorous quality inspection. Every item is checked to ensure that it works properly prior to being placed for sale on QVC's network.

QVC, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Joseph Segel, founder of The Franklin Mint. The company established a new record in American business history for first full-fiscal-year sales by a new public company, with revenues of over $112 million. By 1993, QVC had become the number one televised shopping service in sales, profits, and reputation in the U.S., reaching over 80 percent of all U.S. cable homes and 3 million satellite dishes.

The InteleCom Travel Phone provides considerable savings and is ideal for college students, travelers and anyone that wants to stay in touch. All InteleFone to InteleFone calls are free and calls to regular and cellular phones are at a fraction of the usual cost. The Travel phone can be used with any PC or laptop and works on all Internet connections including dial-up and wireless.

"We are confident that our Travel InteleFone and service could be a great product for QVC's customer base and we look forward to taking the next step with QVC after testing is completed," stated Michael Connor, President and COO of InteleCom, Inc.

InteleCom previously announced that the Company has signed a global sales and distribution agreement with the Sakal Group, Israel's largest privately owned retail chain.
