SAN MATEO, CA--(Marketwire - May 18, 2010) - IntelePeer Inc., a leader in the delivery of communications via cloud-based infrastructure, today announced the appointment of Shaun Andrews as the general manager of its Telco Business Unit.
Andrews will leverage his executive leadership and voice industry experience to enhance the Telco Business Unit by driving revenue and profitability through the IntelePeer Global Voice Peering Network. In this role, Andrews will lead teams that manage carrier sales, vendor relations, and product development.

Andrews most recently served as the vice president of commercial services for Level3's Wholesale Markets Group. Prior to Level3, Shaun held executive roles focused on product management, product development, sales, operations, finance and business development with WilTel Communications Group, SBC Communications, and Frontier Communications. Andrews holds a Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University.
