Intelligent Sports, Inc. Signs Joint Marketing and Licensing Agreement With the International Sports Sciences Association

UPLAND, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 25, 2006 -- Intelligent Sports, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IGTS) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a joint marketing and licensing agreement with the International Sports Sciences Association, or ISSA. The agreement states that all Intelligent Sports youth fitness advisors will be ISSA certified. ISSA will, in turn, market the Intelligent Sports Youth Fitness Center concept to its business partners throughout the country.

Since 1988, the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) has proudly been leading the fitness education industry, offering its 10 specialty fitness programs for personal training candidates. A world renowned staff of researchers, scientists, sports-medicine specialists, and world-champion athletes created ISSA's curriculum, which includes anatomy, kinesiology, injury prevention, supplementation, nutrition, and all aspects of weight training.
