Interact-TV Inc. Announces Second Quarter Financial Results

WESTMINSTER, CO--(Marketwire - October 25, 2007) - Interact-TV™ (PINKSHEETS: ITVI), a leading developer of Linux-based Home Entertainment Servers, today announced it filed with Pink Sheets the Company's financial results for the second quarter June 30, 2007.

ITVI reported net revenues of $413,081 for the second quarter compared to net revenues of $205,517 for the same period of 2006.

ITVI reported a net profit of $169,699, or $0.01 per share, in the second quarter compared with a loss of ($2,180), or ($0.0001) per share, for the same period in 2006.

For the six months ending June 30, 2007 ITVI reported net revenue of $664,183 compared to $205,304 net revenue for the six months ending June 30, 2006.

ITVI reported a net profit for the six months ending June 30, 2007 of $331,635, or $0.019 per share, compared to a net loss of ($7,312), or ($0.0004) per share, for the six months ending June 30, 2006.
