International Commercial Television, Inc.: Derma Wand Television Campaign Revenue Results Attracts Significant Financing

BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON--(CCNMatthews - May 19, 2006) - International Commercial Television, Inc. (OTCBB:ICTL) ("ICTV" or "The Company") a premier, full-service international retail and direct response television (DRTV) marketing company targeting the multi-billion dollar health and beauty industry is pleased to announce it has entered into a Loan and Security Agreement ("Funding Agreement") with Media Funding Partners Corporation ("MFP") to finance the television media purchases for the Derma Wand television infomercial campaign.

The Funding Agreement requires MFP to extend to ICTV a monthly media funding facility for the purchase of half-hour blocks of television media time for the Derma Wand infomercial, on both national cable and broadcast station in the US television market. The Derma Wand infomercial which demonstrates and sells the Derma Wand and DermaVital skincare range direct to the US consumer at a price point of $119.95, will now be exposed to a national US audience by way of multiple daily television airings. The Funding Agreement provides for monthly television media purchases of up to $2,000,000.00 per month and with this funding agreement in place ICTV can significantly expand the revenues of the Company. Funds loaned will be paid back out of cash flow generated by the Derma Wand infomercial.

The costs of the loan are determined partly on the amount of the media purchased during any given month therefore the financing costs for the media purchases will be determined after one month of television booking. As per the funding agreement, MFP has a floating charge over the assets of the Company.

Mr. Claney, CEO of ICTV, states "We are very pleased to have this agreement with MFP as it demonstrates the trust they have in the Derma Wand infomercial to perform and generate significant revenue for the Company. With the infomercial maintaining a 2.25 Media Ratio or higher, the Derma Wand infomercial campaign can rapidly generate significant revenue. For every $100,000.00 spent television advertising the Company will receive $225,000.00 in gross revenues." Mr. Claney further stated, "The funding provided in the agreement will allow for massive television exposure of the Derma Wand and DermaVital brand in the US marketplace creating enormous brand awareness to the traditional US retail consumer."

Shortly, the Company will be issuing a news release advising its shareholders of the media bookings, media spends and its plans to accelerate the Derma Wand infomercial campaign.
