International Ranger Corp. Receives 43-101 Report on Foghorn Polymetalic Project

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - June 6, 2006) - International Ranger (PINK SHEETS:IRNG) is pleased to announce it has received a 43-101 report on the Foghorn Polymetalic Project (formerly known as Rexpar Property) from Nicholson and Associates.

Historical data on the project reported reserve tonnage of 1,114,380 tonnes grading 0.077% of U308 (Uranium) or 1.89 million pounds and 1,441,820 tonnes averaging 23.46% CaF2 (Fluorite). These Historic resource estimates were pre 43 101 and as such should not be relied on but indicate the exploration potential of the deposit.

The Nicholson and Associates report states that historic reserve estimates have been further increased to 1,561,100 tonnes grading 1.76Lbs.of U308 Uranium/T or 2.75 million pounds and 2,300,000 tonnes averaging 21.3% CaF2 (Fluorite).

These increases are derived recently from the information provided by Mr. J.T. Shearer M.Sc., P.Geo. Mr. Shearer was the last known qualified person to have reviewed preserved drill cores, rock samples, confidential drill sections and reserve calculations. He had also prepared an economical evaluation of the Fluorite potential in 1992. Mr. Shearer also assisted in recovering reports, maps and valuable documentation of the resources and reserves on the property for the preparation of the 43-101 report.

The report indicates two possible deposit types, one of which is of volcanic origin with the mineralized zone having a volcanic center or vent. The second model suggests a feeder system in which the mineralization is derived from the underling rocks and migrated to localized traps within the trachyte. Either model can host a Polymetalic deposit.

The company is planning a summer work program which will include drilling to verify and expand the known Fluorite and Uranium deposits, and test known Molybdenum anomalies.
