Intertainment Integrates Ad Based Online Voice Services With Major Social Networks

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 8, 2007) - Intertainment Media Inc. ("Intertainment" or the "Company")(TSX VENTURE:INT) is pleased to announce that together with its partner Itibiti Inc., the group will be offering consumers a new behavioral and targeted ad sponsored suite of Internet communications services. The program, called FrankenTalk (www.frankentalk.com), will integrate with popular social networking platforms and allow users to "talk" with each other online using voice chat and also leave virtual voice messages, rather than sending text messages and emails.

Intertainment will manage the sales and marketing platform and all the ad billings, while Itibiti will manage the Voip technology. Revenue will be shared, with Intertainment receiving approximately 40% of the group revenue, with an additional share of the partner profits. Intertainment and Itibiti Inc. have also agreed to terms, subject to approval by the Board of Directors of Intertainment, to initially acquire up to 30% of the equity of Itibiti Inc. FrankenTalk (www.frankentalk.com) is a suite of communications services for the young, hip, online user. FrankenTalk features a fully functional VoIP (voice over ip) desktop communications console with chat, text messaging, computer to computer connectivity together with local and long distance calling.

FrankenTalk for social networks is an application that users can install on their social networking profile page and share with their friends. Friends can register for FrankenTalk and then use voice chat to communicate individually or in groups. Additionally, users can opt in for ad sponsored voice messaging that will allow them to leave voice messages for friends, rather than posting text messages or sending email. The user can launch the FrankenTalk desktop suite right from the social network.

FrankenTalk will also play online video and audio content, including offerings from Eye Rock Digital.com and its partners.

The entire FrankenTalk communications suite is FREE to consumers, using advertising and sponsorship as the primary revenue drivers. Users are not required to leave personal information with FrankenTalk, and only require a valid email address and birth date for participation. Since there is no requirement for private information on the FrankenTalk system, users can choose, or opt in, to provide information to receive ad and sponsor offers that best fit their behaviors, social activities and target demographics.

Advertisers and sponsors can elect to provide banner and video ads, voice mail ads and allow users to increase free calling minutes and other services by completing various actions including making a purchase, completing a survey, or referring the program to other friends.

FrankenTalk is expected to open up its beta testing program in late December 2007, with rollout expected mid January 2008. The Company will be using a series of online marketing programs and reward programs to encourage beta testing and early user sign up.
