Intrinsyc Announces Board of Director Change

Gary Koerper, Wireless Industry Veteran, joins Intrinsyc Board of Directors

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 4, 2010) - Intrinsyc Software International, Inc. (TSX:ICS), a leading provider of software solutions for mobile devices, announced changes in its board of directors. Intrinsyc's longest serving director, Robert Gayton has resigned as a director effective February 3, 2010. Mr. Gayton has been a director since 1997. He previously served as Intrinsyc's lead independent director and in the past year was a member of the audit committee and corporate governance and nominating committee.

Replacing Mr. Gayton on the board will be Gary Koerper, Vice President of Engine Systems, Motorola Inc. Mr. Koerper manages Motorola's modem and systems development, including IPR creation, systems architecture, hardware and software engineering across Motorola's mobile 3GSM and 4G device platforms. Prior to Motorola, Mr. Koerper headed Product Management for QUALCOMM's MediaFLO group, where he ran business development and marketing activities for the company's mobile TV broadcast effort. He holds an MBA and Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from MIT and a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University.
