InvestSource Ends Investor Relations Program for OG Nation, Inc.

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - January 23, 2008) - InvestSource, Inc., a multimedia relations/investor relations firm specializing in bringing small- and micro-cap issuers to the attention of the broader public, announced today that it will no longer be providing investor relations services on behalf of OG Nation, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: OGNA). The terms of the agreement under which InvestSource was originally contracted have expired, and InvestSource has decided not to renew the agreement.

According to Roy Sahachaisere, President and CEO of InvestSource, "Due to unfortunate circumstances, OG Nation has found its efforts to roll out its initial product offerings frustrated and delayed. In addition, the management of OG Nation is working to resolve some issues, and has been unable to devote sufficient energy to cooperating in the investor relations program conducted on its behalf. This has made it extremely difficult for us to continue to perform in the manner that we would like and that we feel is necessary to attain our objectives. As a consequence, we have chosen to focus our energies in serving other clients. This is of course in no way a reflection of any negative assessment on our part, and we wish OG Nation and its management well and hope that they successfully attain all of their goals."
