Invicta Group Inc. Revenues up 750% in 3rd Quarter; 100% for 9 Months

Losses Shrink to $40,828 in 3rd Quarter

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 15, 2006 -- Invicta Group Inc. (OTCBB: IVGA) announced today the 3rd Quarter financial results and filing of their 10Q.

Invicta's 3rd Quarter operating losses decreased to $(40,828) compared to $(125,634) losses for 3rd Quarter 2005. The loss per share for 2006 was ($.0000) compared to 2005 loss per share ($.001). Losses for the 9 month period ending 9/30/2006 were $(283,642) compared to losses of $(717,569) for the same period 2005.

Invicta reported revenues of $129,840 for 2006 3rd Quarter compared to $16,808 for the 3rd Quarter 2005. The revenue increase is due to the company's change of business model to an Internet Media Company. The nine month revenues for 2006 are double the nine month 2005: 9/30/2006 revenues are $206,601 versus 2005 revenues were $98,041.
