Invicta Group Inc. Travel Hot Link Attracts Travel Industry Leaders

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 1, 2006 --Invicta Group Inc. (OTCBB: IVGA) announced today that Travel Hot Link has signed a number of media agreements to promote the websites of some of the largest known names in the travel business.

These companies spend millions of dollars a year on marketing and advertising online. The top three companies account for 67% of all travel booking on the web. More than 50 percent of the total click-through to these sites are generated by sponsored ads, compared to just 11 percent across of all web search activity.

In a recent Travel Industry Overview, a survey revealed that the average traveler shops approximately three sites when planning leisure travel. The dominant reason for doing so is to search for the lowest price; many respondents cited rewards programs or flexible dates and times as reasons for "shopping around."
